Renton Bible Church offers a number of great ministries for children. All of these ministries are open to our community. If you would like more information than what is provided here, please feel free to contact us.
Sunday Mornings
NURSERY The nursery exists to provide a loving, safe, and nurturing environment for your baby. It is offered both during Sunday school and the worship service.
SUNDAY SCHOOL (9:15-10:15 am) Sunday school classes are offered for all age groups, beginning at 2 years of age. This is a great time for our children to learn more about God's Word. (Note: These classes take a break during the summer.)
JAM TIME (Worship Service) Jesus And Me Time is designed for children age 2 through Kindergarten and is provided all service long. JAM Time provides a more age-appropriate time for our younger kids, involving activities (including time for play), Bible lessons and snacks (please let us know about any food allergies). The class meets in classroom 1, but to help keep the kids engaged, teachers may also make use of classroom 2, across the hallway, in addition to the Fireside Room and playground.
KIDS' CLUB (During Sermon) Kids' club stands for "Kids In Divine Service". This club meets weekly (except for the first Sunday of the month) and is dismissed during the worship service before the sermon begins. As the title suggests, the emphasis is on teaching our kids how to practically live out their faith though serving our Lord.
Wednesday Evenings
AWANA This program is offered for children age 3 through the 6th grade, broken down into various groups. Awana incorporates Scripture memory as well as fun, competitive games into its club time. It meets Wednesdays with the doors opening at 6:30pm to begin check-in/registration. Club begins at 6:50pm with opening ceremonies and concludes at 8:30pm. In the Summer
VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL Vacation Bible School is offered each summer. Children enjoy this week immensely as they learn about God and His Word in a fun environment. For more information, click on this link.
